These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the tekabat website and its related services. tekabat is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.
By opening an account on tekabat, purchasing tickets, placing bets, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We recommend reading them in full before registering.
Important: tekabat may update these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via email and an in-platform notification. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use tekabat, you must be at least 18 years or older years of age. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited.
During account verification, a national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.
Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use tekabat.
Family members of tekabat employees are not eligible to participate in promotional bonuses.

Account Registration & Management
Each individual on tekabat may only have One Account Only can be opened. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false details may result in account suspension.
Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility as the account holder. Any unauthorized login must be reported to tekabat immediately.
Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is complete. Verification is done by uploading your national ID and a selfie.
An account may be marked as inactive after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
Warning: Opening an account or placing bets using someone else's identity is a serious offence. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. Payments sent with an incorrect reference may be delayed.
tekabat never charges a fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its standard transaction charges.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — payments must come from a mobile number registered in your own name.

Withdrawals & Winnings
Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳200. The maximum limit for a single withdrawal is ৳2,00,000.
For KYC-verified accounts, payments are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Unverified accounts may take 24–48 hours.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met. If the requirements are not fulfilled, only the principal balance may be withdrawn.
Winning a large prize (over ৳50,000) may require an additional verification process — this is for your security.
Withdrawals will always be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Transfers to a different number are not possible.
Tip: Complete your KYC verification in advance for faster withdrawals — so there's no delay even when you win big.

The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once. Attempting to claim a duplicate bonus may result in account closure.
Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount will be automatically forfeited.
tekabat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Sports Betting Rules
Before placing bets on tekabat, it helps to understand the rules of the relevant sport. The general betting rules are outlined below:
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, you can use the cashout feature to exit a bet while the match is still in progress.
If a match is suspended before 50% of it has been completed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
tekabat reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or a technical error.
In an accumulator bet, losing any single leg means the entire bet is lost.
Minimum bet ৳50, maximum bet ৳5,00,000 per match (separate limits apply for VIP members).
Cricket Betting: If a match is interrupted due to rain or poor light, the result will be determined by the D/L method. The D/L result will be considered final.

Lottery Rules
Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase. You may only buy new tickets up until the draw takes place.
Draws are conducted through a fully randomized system using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
Prizes below ৳50,000 are paid within 48 hours, while prizes above that amount are paid within 7 business days after verification is complete.
If there are multiple Mega Jackpot winners, the prize will be split equally among them.
If a draw is postponed due to a technical issue, it will be held at the next scheduled time and an announcement will be made.

Prohibited Activities
Any of these actions may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
Placing artificial bets to abuse bonuses or meet bonus wagering requirements.
Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is a criminal offence.
Placing automated bets using hacking, scripts, or bots.
Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
Accessing another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Responsible Gaming Policy
Tekabat believes entertainment should never become a burden. We are committed to responsible gaming and have a range of tools available to support our members.

Account Closure & Termination
You can contact support at any time to close your account. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing.
tekabat reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, or a legal order.
Upon account closure, your net valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeited due to a breach of terms.
Any dispute against tekabat must first be raised with our customer care team. If the complaint remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the licensing authority.
Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions take effect from 1 November 2026. All previous versions are superseded as of that date.
